Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged products.
Return Process:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for our assessment.

Item will be able to be refunded or exchanged if the packaging is still intact.
