How can I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed.
Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the time being, all orders are online.
However we are looking to attend local fairs/markets.
So keep an eye on our social medias!

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    We offer standard and express shipping for all orders within Australia.


    Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Express around 1-4 days.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order.


    Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specified amount.

  • Tracking Information

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

  • Delivery Address

    Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Local Pick up

    Available if you are around Yarra Ranges area. Please contact us for pick up address!

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lodestudio@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds

    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

    The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for our assessment.
