Welcome to LODE Studio, where innovation meets nature in the world of playful and functional indoor plant pots. Founded by Ritchie and Jessie, LODE Studio emerged from a shared passion for indoor plants and a desire to enhance the plant lover's experience.
Our Story
In the midst of the 2020 pandemic, Ritchie and Jessie found solace and joy in cultivating indoor plants. As their plant collection flourished, they encountered a common challenge faced by plant enthusiasts – limited space and the struggle to find aesthetically pleasing and functional plant accessories.
Tired of mismatched plastic pot and saucer combinations and the occasional topple of unbalanced pots, Ritchie and Jessie decided to embark on a creative journey. Their vision was to design products that not only minimized the challenges faced by plant enthusiasts but also added a touch of whimsy and style to indoor plant spaces.
Who are we?
RitchieÂ
A UI/UX designer with a keen eye for form and functional design, Ritchie brings his love for aquascaping, photography, whisky, and video games into the creative realm of LODE Studio. His favorite indoor plant, the Schefflera "Madame de Smet" (Variegated Dwarf Umbrella Tree).
Jessie
Â
An architect who finds inspiration in nature, sustainability, meditation, architecture, and the art of surfing, Jessie infuses her diverse interests into the ethos of LODE Studio. Her favorite indoor plant, the Anthurium Warocqueanum
(Queen Anthurium).
